The performance consultation is aimed at individuals who want to have a deeper understanding of HOW to train and WHY they should train in a certain way. This consultation is tailored to your requirements and can cover any sport from sprinting to an Ironman Triathlon. METS Performance Consulting delivers information in an easy to understand way which is appropriate for each individual's background knowledge in Sport Science. The performance consultation is perfect for someone who wants to develop their own training program but doesn't want to hire a coach.
