Our online training programs are 100% tailored to you and are based on your fitness testing data, training history, event goals, and the latest sports science research. We only accept clients who have conducted a VO2 max & lactate test with us within the past 3-months so we can ensure accurate training prescription.

Delivered by Luke McIlroy, our 12-week training programs are tailored to your goals and lab testing data. The process involves an initial 30-minute video call to review your lab testing data, discuss your training goals, current training regime, and get set-up or connected to TrainingPeaks.

Then, Luke will create a tailored 12-week program released in 4-week blocks. Every 4 weeks, there will be a video check in to review your training data and discuss the upcoming 4-week block.

Please note that this is a training program purchase and not coaching. Luke will not be reviewing training data day-to-day or week-to-week. The video call every 4 weeks is your opportunity to discuss changes & challenges, and when Luke will review your completed training in detail.

Our training programs are only available to clients who have completed a VO2 max test with us within the past 3 months (ideally closer to 1 month). This ensures our training programs maintain the highest possible quality and are specific to your current level of fitness. Frequently asked questions

Who should sign up?
People who are highly motivated, are relatively time poor due to work and family commitments and need the most 'bang for buck' out of their training time. Athletes who have reached a performance plateau in their current training and athletes who are prone to overuse injuries. Any athlete who enjoys taking a scientific approach using data to prescribe sessions and measure changes in performance.

Does your training program include group sessions?
No, we don't run any group sessions, but if you're already currently completing group sessions (eg a tri club), we can work these into your training program.

What's your coaching philosophy?
Minimum-effective dose. All of our training sessions are prescribed based on research-backed training prescription and we aim to systematically help you achieve peak fitness whilst minimising injury risk and unnecessary training load.

Is this only for one sport?
No, we can prescribe conditioning programs for any sport. Our specialty is triathlon, cycling, and running.
